Seclude? Misconstrued? Not rude? In a mood?

That’s attitude!

You can be in the mood to simply sit, ruminate… or sadly brood.
A selfish vibe you may exude? Introverted? Seemingly rude?
Friends you may exclude as you shun the pressing multitude.
But Hey! You’re free to self-delude… to be one, worked-up,
meditative dude. Because then no one will intrude on your…
Loneliness and solitude…

It’s a matter of attitude.

You see, solitude is a kind of fortitude, and fortitude can involve rectitude.
Rectitude defies turpitude, and turpitude is a kind of moral latitude.
Latitude is not ineptitude – though ineptitude isn’t aptitude –
and since aptitude isn’t a platitude, a platitude can be gratitude.
Gratitude can become servitude, though servitude is bad attitude,
and that attitude can be ineptitude, whilst ineptitude finds fortitude and fortitude respects solitude.

Loneliness and solitude… it’s a matter of attitude.
